1. Information we collect
- Account: name, email address, password (hashed), company name.
- Data you enter: information about your leads and clients (name, phone, email, notes), appointments, quotes, messages.
- Payment: processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
- Technical usage: server logs, IP address, browsing data for security and improvement.
2. Purposes
Provide and secure the Service, manage billing, send the emails and SMS you trigger, provide support and meet our legal obligations.
3. Service providers (processors)
We rely on providers that process certain data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery) and Google (calendar sync, if you enable it). These providers may process data outside Quebec, notably in the United States.
4. Retention
We keep your information as long as your account is active, then for the period necessary to meet our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed, communications encrypted (HTTPS) and access to data restricted. No system is infallible, but we put reasonable measures in place.
6. Your rights
In accordance with applicable law in Quebec (Law 25), you may request access, correction, portability or withdrawal of your information, and withdraw your consent. Write to us at getsuivio@gmail.com.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies (login session). If audience measurement tools are enabled, they are used solely for aggregate analytics.
