Refund and cancellation policy

1. Monthly subscription

Suivio is a monthly subscription of CAD $97, renewed automatically each month. Payment is charged in advance for the upcoming period.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from the billing portal available in the app (Team > Subscription). Cancellation ends the renewal: you keep access until the end of the period already paid, at no additional charge.

3. Refund

Amounts already charged are not refunded on a prorated basis after the start of a monthly period. If you believe a charge is incorrect, or a major technical issue prevented you from using the Service, write to us: we review each request in good faith and may grant a refund at our discretion.

4. First charge

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment: we will consider a refund of that first month.
