Last updated: June 20, 20261. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of Suivio (the “Service”), a customer relationship management (CRM) software for local service businesses, operated by Mathis Desgagné (“we”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms.
2. Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for any activity carried out from your account. You must have the legal capacity to contract and use the Service in a professional context.
3. Subscription and payment
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription at CAD $97 per month, plus applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled. You authorize the recurring charge on the payment method provided.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; access is maintained until then. See also our refund policy. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service in accordance with applicable laws, including those governing commercial messages (CASL) and the protection of personal information. You are solely responsible for the content, messages and data you process through the Service, and for obtaining the required consents from your own contacts.
6. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available, without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance or incidents may occur.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last twelve months. We are not liable for indirect losses (loss of revenue, customers or data).
8. Data
The processing of personal information is described in our privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may modify these terms. In case of significant change, we will inform you. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
